When communicating via e-mail, if you need to contact your manager directly, please type their first name initial, followed by the full last name and @amgworld.com.
If you have a situation that needs to be addressed by your manager, or need to submit a maintenance request, please provide the following information so we may address your specific situation in a timely manner:

You should receive a call or e-mail response within 24 hours.
Emergencies
Maintenance staff provides 24-hour response to emergency situations. If you have a situation that cannot wait until the next business day, please call your local office and follow the voice message directions to contact emergency maintenance staff.
If you have a police, fire or medical emergency, first dial 911. If property damage has occurred, then contact our emergency service so we may make any temporary repairs that may be necessary.
