AMG Differences
We do business a little differently than other management companies, according to homeowner associations we work with - something we never get tired of hearing. Based on the feedback from association directors, we have identified six focus areas that make AMG truly unique.
Experience
Because of our extensive experience and hiring practices, we are able to accomplish more for our clients. Our qualified managers use independent discretion to satisfy the goals and objectives which have been established by a client's board of directors.
Technology
We have developed computer-based tracking systems to control and follow-up service requests and work orders. These requests and work orders become a permanent record which is stored with the documents we maintain.
Special Programs
We take the time to listen to the leaders of our clients - we want to know what they need and want from our organization. This helps the team develop the programs and procedures that best meet the individual goals of each community.
Accreditation
Association Management Group has been an active member, for over 20 years, of the Community Association Institute, the national trade organization which represents the interests of condominium, townhome and single-family associations throughout the United States.
Education
All of our community managers have been through intensive training programs. We encourage managers to obtain professional designations to certify their competence. Few other management organizations hold their managers to such high standards.
Transition Experts
To ensure a smooth and easy switch to AMG, we have a transition team which consists of a conversion manager, accounting manager, and an efficient support staff, the size of which varies based on each association's needs.
