Heather Fields, General Manager
E-mail: hfields@AMGWorld.com

Heather knows the ins-and-outs of association management. She has a special knack for working through complex problems with people; something she learned hands-on and by watching her father, Randy, a past-President of the Community Associations Institute. Heather has often said "When a community leader calls me with an issue, I’m there to empower them so that when they hang up, we have a solution that works for everyone." This talent has helped Heather move up through the ranks of AMG, going from a property manager to General Manager, now supervising her knowledgeable staff in scenic Greenville. One of Heather’s greatest strengths is her ability to juggle several tasks at once. She has experience teaching homeowners courses and in a former position, creating homeowners associations for a well-known land developer, she coordinated projects in an excess of $15 million. Her title as "mom" to a 13-year old and a toddler also keeps her on her toes, and when she’s not handling the needs of homeowners, she and her husband, Josh, enjoy playing softball with their church and helping recovering addicts and their families.
