We are celebrating 20 years of service to communities throughout the Carolinas. We have an unending commitment to provide quality community management services.

At the AMG companies, our commitment to our staff has never been stronger. This is because we know it is our people who make us who we are. All AMG managers are continually honing their abilities through training by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), working towards their PCAM® designation. Several AMG managers have qualified for designations.

Technology is another stronger commitment of AMG. Several new computer programs have been developed and implemented throughout the companies which enable our clients to more easily track the information we need in order to assist our clients more successfully. Our company-wide SATISFACTION SYSTEM enables us to know more, not only about satisfaction but also about the needs, wants and desires for their communities. We are always searching for more information, by asking more questions. When we determine patterns, we can help our clients create systematic, cost effective, approaches to on-going issues. Providing high level, quality service, is essential in forming win-win partnerships with our customers. This is our concept of leadership!

As we embark on our third decade we know it is about more about people than buildings. Over the next ten years we are challenging ourselves to have more and better relationships with our customers, employees and vendors.
