AMG utilizes custom HOA management software which we have developed over the last twenty five years.

Associations have told us what they need most and what the don't want to be bothered with. From this information, we have created an award-winning package of technology. Our "state of art" technology allows us to track and share information seamlessly with our communities.

Automated tracking of maintenance requests, architectural change requests, collections and covenant violations, lets all of us spend our time wisely, not chasing data. All reports can be delivered electronically, upon request.

Our tracking of all community activities not only enables directors to see when and why residents have issues, but allows AMG and the board to take (prompt) meaningful action to prevent small issues from becoming large and potentially costly problems.
