Senator Hembree pre-files bill to regulate SC Homeowners Associations

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – South Carolina Senator, Greg Hembree, pre-filed a bill to require more regulation of Homeowners Associations in the state.

Association Management Group CEO Paul Mengert Elected to Chair HOA Legislative Action Committee

Paul K. Mengert, founder and CEO of Association Management Group, one of the Carolinas’ largest professional homeowner association managers, has been elected chair of the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) NC Legislative Action Committee. Mengert was voted in by his NC CAI committee peers and will serve a two-year term.
